Well - Blogging, time and life anyway.
I first blogged seven months ago and it quickly took over a great deal of my time and therefore too much of my life.
Well I have a good life, at least in part due to many varied interests. As it is, I wish there were 25 hours or more in the day as I never seem to have enough time for all I want to do. So after a couple of months the blogs had to take a back seat. Or actually a total pit stop.
But I've got the bug again.
Maybe I shall try again...this time more infrequent and only triggered by those stories, news items or even half heard conversations that really get me going!!!
And maybe I'll even get good at it...although this does rather worry me!!!

- Originally a biologist (well, I guess I still am) I now work in computing. More importantly, I am a Christian and a church leader - yep one of those loopy, hands in the air, charismatic types. As I am also a worship leader, someone once commented that I am able to argue all by myself over how long the worship times or sermon should be as well as debating creation and evolution. I believe passionately that Christians should be more engaged in the culture they live in - which partly explains this blog. The other part of the explanation is probably to do with my ego, so I would rather not dwell on it. The MrTinkles identity comes from one of my other passions...gaming. MrTinkles is the name I often use in on-line games. I always thought it would really annoy people when they were fragged by someone named after a white fluffy cat!
